1. The Single Session 

 A ONE hour coaching session with no further commitment.

This is for those who need a nudge in the right direction. Perhaps you’re doing brilliantly on the MS diet but just have a  few questions about supplements, meals ideas and ingredients, just to make sure you’re on the right track. Or perhaps you would just like an introduction to what this change of lifestyle involves. I would be honoured to help get you started.

  • 1x ONE hour coaching session
  • Lifelong community access (access to our private and secret Facebook group)
  • 4 weeks worth of Meal Plans and ebooks


£50/$70 (Once off)



2. The Big Reset  – 10 week program 

This package is for those who need support to completely revamp their current lifestyle and adopt the MS diet fully.

Over the course of five sessions, I’ll help you tailor make a program of eating that works for you and fits into your family life and other commitments. We’ll chat through establishing helpful routines, reducing stress and come up with action plans to put these into practise. At the end of 10 weeks you will be well on your way to be effectively managing your MS.

  • Dedicated Email support for 10 weeks

3. The Journey – Two Sessions a Month

Sometimes you just need someone who understands what you’re going through to walk a leg of your journey with you. You could be feeling stuck and overwhelmed by the enormity of the changes you want to make or you may just need regular reassurance that what you’re doing is right for you. We’ll really get to know each other and I’ll help you to discover the best path to change and how to stay on it.

♥ Every person’s situation is completely unique. We’ll work together to tailor make a specific action plan        for you and your needs. We’re all dealing with different symptoms and challenges.

♥ We’ll discuss what you’ve been eating and how it’s working for you. We’ll chat about meal ideas, ingredients, meal planning and what you and I are doing for dinner that evening!

♥ I’ll ask about your family. Your cat. Your job. Yes, integrative health is bigger than food.

♥ We’ll work through what you’re finding really difficult at the moment. What you love and want to protect. What you want to achieve. We’ll set some goals and discuss and action plan.

♥ At the end of our session I’ll summaries the key points we’ve spoken about and give you a task to work on until our next session. Some may call this ‘Homework’. That dreaded word! Don’t worry, you’ll just be competing a tiny step to reach your goal.

♥ Then we’ll have a laugh, because taking ourselves too seriously can be harmful!

♥ You can ask as many questions as you want.

♥ In between sessions, you can email me as things come up. Real life happens. I’m here for you.

♥ Over time? You’ll make changes to your lifestyle that will create change in your life – sometimes in amazing ways you never could have foreseen. I’ve seen it happen. It’s truly amazing.
