I’m excited to announce that from this week onwards I’ll be doing a monthly podcast! I’ll be chatting through one specific MS diet topic each week such as foods to avoid, foods to embrace, supplements, stress management, exercise and many others. I’ll also be interviewing inspiring women with MS and professionals who can give us insights into our health and well-being.
In episode one I wanted to reintroduce myself and chat a bit about my MS journey so far. I also share about how I came across the MS diet and how it has helped me recover from MS and stay well. It has been quite a journey and there are still ups, downs and bumps along the way. But, I wouldn’t change it for anything!
Today’s episode is short and sweet so I hope you can find the time to take a listen! There are also some moments where the sound quality is not that good. I probably touched the microphone with my arm or something, haha. Each week will be progressively clearer and more coherent. Hopefully!
